3. If you want to cancel the order , please contact us within 2 hours when you place orders. If the package has been sent, we are sorry that do not accept order cancellation.

NOTE
The following situations require the buyer to bear the logistics costs.

1. Delivery failed due to incorrect address filled in when ordering.

2. Request to change the delivery address during parcel transportation.

3. The package was successfully delivered, but it was not received due to other reasons.

4. Due to buyer’s own reasons (eg.not at home/did not answer the phone) parcel delivery failed, we are no longer provide free delivery.
