4. Lavez-vous toujours les mains avant de porter, de retirer ou de manipuler vos lentilles de contact.

5. Rincez et frottez vos lentilles tous les 2 à 3 jours pour éviter la précipitation de protéines qui n'est pas bonne pour les yeux.

6. Insérez les lentilles avant de vous maquiller autour des yeux et retirez les lentilles avant de vous démaquiller.

7. Les lentilles de contact ne sont pas de taille unique, veuillez vérifier auprès de votre ophtalmologiste pour vous assurer que les paramètres conviennent à vos yeux avant d'acheter.
